A few answers really stuck out to me but many of them just made me think， damn that person is egotistical。 I think I would rather read a bunch of random people’s responses， especially if that covered a more diverse population。

Wow！ So much to unpack in this book！ First， I would suggest you break this book down into several days or， in my case， just over two months to finish the book！ My specific choice was to read two “guest per day”。 This allow me to move on if a guest information did not stick but knowing another guest had insight I could use was very enjoyable！ It’s a good read over a few weeks！

Good tidbits from some of the smartest and most successful people。 You can take away a lot of learnings here but I recommend skipping over people that don’t spark your interest IE - hearing about ultra marathoners diets。
